(Collectively, “the Companies”)

Article 1 – Scope of Application

These General Conditions of Sale govern all purchases, enrollments and transactions related to services, programs, workshops, retreats and consulting offerings provided by The Healing Crest® Counseling Services, LLC and Simply Lovable®, LLC (“the Companies”).

By completing a purchase through our secure online payment system, the client acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these terms in full.

Article 2 – Age Requirement

All services offered by the Companies—including programs, retreats, workshops, and consulting—are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
Clients affirm they meet this age requirement at the time of purchase.

Article 3 – Description of Services

Our services are designed for individuals seeking personal growth, emotional wellness, relational clarity and professional expansion. The Companies provide experiences that educate, strengthen awareness and support transformation in both personal and professional life. These services include:

Personal development programs
Faith-based growth and emotional healing experiences
Self-love and confidence-building programs
Workshops and retreats for individuals and couples
Professional consulting and mentoring for therapists and entrepreneurs
Skills training, business strategy education and non-clinical guidance
Community-based group sessions and virtual experiences

These services are not clinical mental health treatment, psychotherapy or counseling. Participation does not establish a therapist-client relationship with The Healing Crest® Counseling Services, LLC, Simply Lovable®, LLC or LaMora D. Pace, LCSW.

Our offerings support awareness, education and growth—while remaining separate from clinical therapeutic services regulated by the State of Florida.

Article 4 – Pricing

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).
The Companies reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. However, the rate displayed at the time of purchase is the rate applied to the client’s order.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is due immediately at the time of order, including pre-enrollment programs.

Accepted payment methods include:

Stripe
PayPal
Debit or credit card (through these processors)

All payment information is processed securely by these third-party processors. The Companies do not retain or store credit card numbers.

Article 6 – Payment Plans

When payment plans are offered and selected:

The client authorizes recurring automatic charges.
All installments must be paid in full, even if the client stops attending or engaging with the service.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of access and collection activity as permitted by law.

Article 7 – No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the digital, experiential and service-based nature of these offerings, the Companies do not issue refunds, cancellations or partial refunds for any reason.
Clients are responsible for reviewing all program details before purchasing.

Article 8 – Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, methods, recordings, written materials and digital resources provided by the Companies remain the exclusive property of The Healing Crest® Counseling Services, LLC and Simply Lovable®, LLC.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, share, teach or modify any material without formal written authorization.

Article 9 – Professional and Personal Development Disclaimer

All services offered by the Companies are strictly for:

Personal development
Professional development
Educational enrichment
Faith-based reflection
Emotional awareness
Relationship insight

These services do not constitute therapy, counseling or mental health treatment.

Participation does not establish a therapist-client relationship, regardless of whether LaMora D. Pace is a licensed clinical social worker.

Clients requiring mental health treatment should seek services through a licensed provider in their state.

Article 10 – Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law:

The Companies are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from participation in or inability to participate in any service.
Clients accept full responsibility for their decisions, outcomes and implementation.

No guarantees of personal, relational or business results are made.

Article 11 – Personal Data and Privacy

By completing a purchase, clients authorize the Companies to use their information for:

Payment processing
Service delivery
Program updates and communication
Email notifications related to their purchase

Clients may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Privacy practices follow U.S. data standards and the privacy policies of Stripe, PayPal and any supporting platforms.

Article 12 – Governing Law

These Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States of America.

Any disputes shall be handled in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, unless otherwise required by law.
